About Ryan Egan

I’m an entitlement and development specialist with over 17 years of hands-on experience guiding residential and commercial developments from concept to approval. I’ve managed projects across multiple states, navigating local codes, zoning challenges, and permitting processes for everything from modular builds and ADUs to ground-up multifamily and commercial developments.

My background includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and city officials to keep projects moving smoothly. I’ve performed hundreds of feasibility studies, streamlined permitting workflows, and helped clients secure building permits, conditional use permits, variances, and Certificates of Occupancy — often accelerating timelines and reducing costly delays.

Outside of work, I practice jiu-jitsu and yoga, and I live with my fantastic wife and our rescue dogs in Georgetown, TX. I’m a licensed paramotor pilot, and I’ve never turned down a chance to go skydiving or bungee jumping, which probably says something about how I approach challenges, too.

I started P.S.I. because I genuinely enjoy helping others navigate the opaque and somewhat daunting process of turning great ideas and big dreams into real, worthwhile projects.
